Sorry to say I have been couple of halal restaurants in Osaka but mostly they serve the pork but they mention Muslim friendly I can’t trust so please make sure to eat that that pure halal or not.
Our best choice Japan No 1 halal restaurant Ali’s kitchen again owner serves us with smile and good food

My friend recommended us. When we arrived to Osaka we went for dinner people were waiting in a line so we booked the table after 40 min and went to shopping street as Ali’s kitchen location is in main shopping area Shinsaibashi
We came back after 40 min. House was full mostly muslims visitors but there were some Japanese also. When check around almost everyone was eating Biryani so we order Biryani lamb. Lamb kebab Kabsa lam Japanese beef wayu beef curry and garlic nan.
Biryani was best the taste of real Pakistani food and wayu beef was so tender and so good kebab soft and juicy kabsa I never had this taste yummy
Services best owner Ali serve us with his team Indonesian girl very friendly owner guide us so many place some cheap shopping and sightseeing
Definable highly recommend this restaurant cheap price not bad in this quality food
