池袋にある火焔山蘭州拉麺
平日夜に訪れましたが、常に行列です。中国人の方が多く、お店はとても活気があります。
厨房では麺を一から作っており、職人の人が麺を練って延ばす様子を見ていると、注文を待つ間も飽きません。
料理はとても美味しく、行列の理由がわかりました。また来ます！ごちそうさまでした！

Lamb kebab was tender and delicious. I love lamb ramen over beef. Their beef meat was quite dry for me. Small space. I give 3/5.

Many people like this ramen, but jokes aside, my throat got pain just after finishing the bowl of lamb ramen I ordered. It was delicious but I guess they put too much ガラスープ (bouillon powder) into it? Too strong and flavorful that my throat couldn't tolerate. Nonetheless, the lamb skewers were good and cheap, I liked them.

Nice ramen restaurant with plenty choice of side dishes. Moreover, it's one of very few places in Tokyo which serve halal menu, thus it's moslem friendly. You can get 'jumbo' size ramen bowl with only 800-980 yen. This is probably just my personal opinion, but the brooth is much better than any other ramen I've ever tried in Tokyo. Spicy and hot menu are also available. The lamb satay is also great. Really recommended.
