From Gurkha Indian Restaurant 'Gurkha Restaurant is located in myeongdong, Seoul and is special for Indian, Nepalese, Chinese Halal food. We are always working hard to provide our customers with the best tasting food and services. We will continue to our hard work to give you guys the best of best treatment a restaurant can offer. Thank you.' Address: 16-1 Myeongdong 10-gil, Myeongdong 2(i)-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul
I almost gave up on this restaurant with lots of positive reviews. On my last day in Seoul, I came across the signage on the top of a building. It was exactly behind the main business Street at Myeongdong. So, we took our dinner to tryout it's dishes. We were not disappointed coz the good was tasty & spicy as it should be. Located on Level 4 with nice decor and comfy seating area. If only the directions posted by viewers were accurate, we would have been here much earlier. Nevertheless, better late than never.
Totally Nepalese and Indian food but they do cater for other asian food as well. Love the lightness and crispiness of its prata. Also their masala chai tea. Totally halal, that's for sure!
we get into the wrong diner.we wanted to have korean dishes for dinner but they di not serve korean dishes.mostly indian n nepalese cuisines.we were grateful that the waiter understood and allowed us to leave the diner.next time we will definitely come back when our mouth is ready for indian food next time we are in seoul.the diner's environtment is calmy and relax.
Salam Aleykoum, After eating some korean dishes we made a break and chosen to go for indian/nepal/chinese restaurant. Indeed, they have some dim sum, we had the boiled ones with beef and great aromas in them. Better than dim sum i am used to getting in Hong Kong also because there is a lot of meat in it! The rest was also very good (see pictures).
