Fork and Spoon is a halal foodcourt that is located at Toa Payoh hdb hub. Its located on the 2nd level. Being there at 10am, most of the stalls were still in the process of opening so we decided to get something fast and simple. We ordered the tom yam ramen and western half spring chicken rice. Simple but delicious!! The tom yam was spicy and flavourful with chewy ramen noodles. The spring chicken was so crispy, served with white rice and sambal. We also order some fried dumplings at the end and it was served with a ginger soy sauce dip. Did not have a chance to snap the pics of the food as we were too hungry.
